Maricor Lawig is a passionate Filipino storyteller who made her directorial debut with The Last 12 Days, the powerful finale of The 12 Days Saga. A writer by heart and training, Maricor spent years behind the scenes, lending her voice and vision to various creative projects—including several collaborations with CJ Santos (Jack Logan), where she helped shape the emotional core of his most-watched videos.

Her transition from writer to director is a natural evolution of her storytelling journey. With The Last 12 Days, Maricor brought her sharp narrative instincts and emotional sensitivity to the director’s chair—resulting in a film that is as visually striking as it is deeply human.
